14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any product. However, please note that Premium Oudh carries exclusively high-end, luxury fragrances that are often limited editions or one-of-a-kind pieces. Return authorization may not be issued for certain Kasturi and Oudh products due to their exclusive nature and value.
Important: 20% Restocking Fee
All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee reflects the premium nature of our products and the costs associated with processing luxury fragrance returns.
Return Eligibility - Strict Requirements
- •Product must be in entirely new, unused condition with absolutely no signs of usage
- •Original sealed packaging must be intact and unopened
- •All original documentation, boxes, and accessories must be included and in pristine condition
- •Any sign of usage, opening, or wear will result in no refund and product will be shipped back at customer's cost
- •Testers and samples cannot be returned (as per fragrance hygiene standards)
- •Return authorization is not guaranteed and may be denied for certain Kasturi and Oudh products due to their exclusive and limited-edition nature
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us for Authorization
Email us at info@premiumoudh.com with your order number and reason for return. Return authorization is required and may be denied for certain products.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization (if approved)
If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label. Items without return authorization will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship Your Item
Use the provided label to ship your item back to us. Items that do not meet our strict condition requirements will be returned to you at your own cost.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund (minus restocking fee)
Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days, minus the 20% restocking fee.
Refund Details
- •20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns
- •Refund is calculated as: (Product Price × 80%) - Original Shipping
- •Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- •Items that do not meet condition requirements will not be refunded; return shipping will be at customer's cost
- •Refund will be credited to original payment method
- •Processing time: 5-7 business days after return inspection
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or fragrance, simply include a note with your return and we'll send your exchange at no additional shipping cost.
