All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate and consumable nature of pure oud oils and attars, all purchases from Premium Oudh are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened or used products. This policy exists to protect the integrity and purity of every item in our collection — for every customer.

Why We Hold This Standard

Premium oud oils are among the most coveted and delicate substances in the world of fine fragrance. Once a bottle has been opened, its provenance and purity can no longer be independently verified. Accepting returns would compromise the trust of every future customer who receives a bottle from our collection. Our commitment to that trust is absolute.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged in transit or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at orders@premiumoudh.com with your order number and photographs. We will make it right promptly and at no cost to you.
