1. Acceptance

By using the Premium Oudh website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

All products are described to the best of our ability. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour may exist due to photography conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Prices are listed in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Link, Klarna, and Affirm via Stripe. All transactions are secured with TLS encryption.

4. Loyalty Programme

Points earned through the Royal Circle programme have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Points expire 12 months from the date of issue. Premium Oudh reserves the right to modify or discontinue the programme with 30 days notice.

5. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:

  • Only one discount may be applied per order. Royal Circle loyalty points and promotional codes cannot be combined or stacked.
  • Discount codes are single-use per transaction unless otherwise stated, and may not be applied retroactively to completed orders.
  • Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be resold or exchanged.
  • Premium Oudh reserves the right to limit, modify, or revoke any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Codes that are shared, distributed, or obtained outside of an official Premium Oudh channel may be voided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photography, product descriptions, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Premium Oudh and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Premium Oudh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your most recent order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
